Ingredients

  • 3 Veg Stock Cubes
  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Chicken Stock Cube
  • 1 Red Onion Sliced
  • 2g Of Mixed Herbs
  • 600g Diced Chicken
  • Potatoes
  • Mixed Veg Or Your Choice Of Veg

Instructions

1. Seer the meat with the oil and mix in the herb as it seers,

2. Slice up the onion and place in pan for 3 mins to let it cook with the juices and soften.

3. Place in slow cooker on low.

4. Boil water and dissolve the 3 veg and 1 chicken stock in water about 750ml for the 4 and pour into slow cooker

5. Add mixed veg to the slow cooker after water.

6. Add pre boiled chopped potatoes.

Leave to slow cook for 8 hours
