I'm Thomas, or Tom to the world around me. I'm not your average person in anyway, I'm a naturally hyper person with an interest in a wide range of life.

I’ve always been a nerd at heart — planning, designing, programming, testing, and releasing isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am. Over the years I’ve had the privilege of building powerful applications for a wide range of incredible companies, as well as creating branding imagery and logos that help define a company’s identity.

I officially launched TSL Designs in 2008 with a simple mission: give smaller businesses the same opportunities and capabilities as the big ones. What started as a career quickly became a genuine passion. Whether it’s a clean, effective website or a fully‑fledged internal system that makes day‑to‑day work smoother, I love creating tools that make business life easier.

After building countless bespoke systems, I founded AIO Solutions — a cloud‑based platform that brings together all the essential applications a company needs, all in one place. It’s the culmination of years of experience, problem‑solving, and a commitment to empowering businesses of every size.
