Instructions

1. Seer the meat with the oil and mix in the herb as it seers,

2. Slice up the onion and place in pan for 3 mins to let it cook with the juices and soften.

3. Place in slow cooker on low.

4. Boil water and dissolve the 3 veg and 1 beef stock in water about 750ml for the 4 and pour into slow cooker

5. Add mixed veg to the slow cooker after water.

6. Add pre boiled chopped potatoes.

Leave to slow cook for 8 hours

  • 3 Veg Stock Cubes
  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Beef Stock Cube
  • 1 Red Onion Sliced
  • 2g Of Mixed Herbs
  • 1000g Diced Meat/ Steak Meat
  • Potatoes
  • Mixed Veg Or Your Choice Of Veg
